These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Puzly Puzli d.o.o., unless otherwise agreed in writing. By using our services, the client confirms that they fully understand, accept, and agree to these Terms.\n\nPuzly Puzli d.o.o. reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect on the day they are published on the website.\n\nThe client is responsible for regularly checking the Terms and is bound by the version that is in force at the time of placing the order or using the services.
• **Provider**: Puzly Puzli d.o.o., the company performing the agreed-upon services.\n• **Client**: The legal or natural person ordering services from Puzly Puzli d.o.o.\n• **Services**: All services offered by the Provider, including design, printing preparation, consulting, technical services, and all related work.\n• **Order**: The confirmed agreement between the Provider and Client, either via email, online form, written confirmation, or another form of communication that clearly indicates the Client’s intent.
Za gradivo, ki ga naročnik storitve dostavi podjetju (fotografije, besedilo ipd.) za izvajanje storitve (oblikovanje, izdelava spletne strani ipd.), odgovarja naročnik.\n\nV kolikor priskrbljeno gradivo krši zakon o avtorskih pravicah, za to odgovarja naročnik storitev.
All prices listed in offers or on the website are expressed in euros (EUR). Prices are valid at the time of placing the order. The Provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.\n\nAn issued offer or pro forma invoice is valid for the period indicated on the document. If no period is stated, the validity is 7 days from the date of issue.\n\nThe Provider may change the price of an order if the Client requests changes after the offer has been confirmed, such as additional work, modifications, or changes affecting production or processing time.
Vse cene so navedene v EUR in ne vključujejo 22% DDV. Izvajalec vse svoje storitve obračuna skladno s posredovano ponudbo podjetja, in sicer na dan opravljene storitve. Oblikovanje in grafično pripravo zaračunamo glede na porabljen čas, po veljavni urni tarifi v 30-minutnih intervalih.\n\nPodjetje Puzly Puzli d.o.o. je upravičeno zaračunati višjo ceno v primeru, če je končni porabljen čas večji od predvidenega, tudi po tem, ko je bila cena že dogovorjena.\n\nPred potrditvijo naročila zahtevajte točno ponudbo oz. izračun stroškov, v nasprotnem primeru za reklamacije stroškov storitev ne odgovarjamo.
An order is considered confirmed when the Client explicitly approves it via email, through an online form, with a signature, or by paying a pro forma invoice.\n\nAll communication regarding the order must be conducted in writing (email), as this is the only way to ensure traceability of the agreement.\n\nIf the Client communicates changes verbally (by phone or in person), such changes are valid only if confirmed in writing via email afterwards.
A Client may cancel an order only in writing by sending an email to the official address of Puzly Puzli d.o.o.\n\nIf the order is cancelled after work has already begun, the Client must cover the costs of the work performed up to the moment of cancellation.\n\nIf the order has already been sent for printing or production, cancellation is no longer possible, and the full amount must be paid.
This privacy statement defines the collection and use of data.\n\nWhen browsing the website, the server stores certain non-personal information in cookies, which improve user experience. When you close all web browsers on your computer, all temporary cookies stored by the website are deleted. You may configure your browser to notify you when a cookie is being sent or to refuse cookies entirely.\n\nTo send an inquiry, you must enter your personal data; in accordance with data protection laws, we therefore require the user’s consent. You may at any time request deletion of your contact information by writing to info@puzly-puzli.store.\n\nWhen you send a message through the contact form, your email address will be used solely to contact you for the purpose indicated in the inquiry.\n\nWe do not provide personal data to third parties.
Puzly Puzli d.o.o. is not obliged to store final multimedia products after the service has been completed (e.g., company logo files, designed print material, website files, photos, videos, etc.).
The complaint period for printed materials is 8 days in the event of a printing error caused by the printing house. Complaints submitted after this period will not be considered. Complaints cannot be accepted for printed products that were not stored properly (room temperature at least 21°C and air humidity 40% (+), stored exclusively indoors).\n\nIt is the Client’s responsibility to review and approve the final print preview (sent by Puzly Puzli d.o.o. via email). After approval, further changes are not possible or may incur additional costs. Printed products are produced exactly according to the provided files. Color adjustments must be properly indicated in the file; otherwise, they will not be applied.\n\nIf the Client orders printing in CMYK, additional Pantone colors must be avoided, as they will not be reproduced.\n\nThe printing service provider is not responsible for errors the Client fails to notice, nor for any grammatical mistakes in the text. Any verbally communicated edits must also be submitted in writing by email to be considered valid.\n\nIf the Client requests a reprint as a complaint resolution, the reprint will always be executed using the same files submitted with the original order. Content, image, text, or color changes will not be accepted for the reprint.

Preparation for printing:\n• The file must be in PDF format.\n• Text must be converted to outlines.\n• Bleed edges must be included.\n• Fold marks must be added if the product is foldable.\n• The document size must be checked.\n\nb. Printing guidelines:\n• The color profile should be CMYK.\n• Bleed settings must be correctly applied.\n• Image resolution must be checked (min. 300 dpi).\n• Color values must be properly defined.\n• The file must be prepared for professional printing.
Payment terms are specified in each individual offer or pro forma invoice. If payment terms are not indicated, the service must be paid in full no later than the invoice due date.\n\nIn the event of late payment, Puzly Puzli d.o.o. reserves the right to charge statutory default interest and any reminder fees.\n\nIn the event of non-payment, Puzly Puzli d.o.o. reserves the right to suspend service delivery until all outstanding obligations are settled.
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall make reasonable efforts to resolve it amicably. If an amicable solution is not possible, the competent court in Ljubljana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.\n\nAll relationships between the Client and Puzly Puzli d.o.o. shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
The General Terms and Conditions of Puzly Puzli d.o.o. are valid from the date of publication and may be amended at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective on the date they are published on the website.\n\nBy using the services of Puzly Puzli d.o.o., the user confirms that they have read and agree with the General Terms and Conditions.
